Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will support the business development and marketing teams in driving outreach, creating engagement strategies, and assisting with client acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports management, marketing, and sales while contributing to programs that promote youth sports and wellness across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including schools, colleges, corporates, and sports academies.
Support corporate client engagement for sports-based employee wellness and engagement programs.
Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
Assist in organizing demo sessions, sports clinics, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Maintain and update CRM and track lead conversion metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities.
Support event planning and execution, including sports expos, networking events, and client meetings.
Gather client feedback and assist in preparing reports on program performance.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and program delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Job Specification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sports, youth development, and wellness.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Willingness to travel PAN Nepal as required.
Must have a 2-wheeler for local travel (preferred).

Creativity and ability to contribute to marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and research skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
