Job Description
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential and existing customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, beauty stores, and individual customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.
- Suggest marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and boost sales.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty and cosmetology industry.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and retailers on product usage and benefits.
- Educate customers about new products and promotions.
Promotional Activities:
- Organize and participate in beauty expos, trade fairs, and events to promote products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
