Job Specification
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Nepal's labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Provide HR consulting services to clients as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to improve employee engagement and productivity
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management roles in Nepal
- In-depth knowledge of Nepal's labor laws and HR practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
