Job Specification
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Nepali; English is a plus.
