Job Description
Huang Nepal is seeking a qualified and passionate English Language Instructor to teach foreign (non-native English-speaking) students from elementary to advanced levels. The ideal candidate will create engaging lessons, support student progress, and help learners achieve their academic and language proficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language courses from elementary to advanced levels to non-native speakers.
- Develop structured lesson plans and teaching materials focused on language skills and exam strategies.
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment.
- Identify individual learning needs and design personalized improvement strategies for each student.
- Provide guidance on time management, test-taking strategies, and stress management.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with academic staff to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching English language learners.
Skills:
