Location: Shall be flexible to work in our 3 store location -Makhan (Basantapur ),Thamel, & Jyatha
Experience: Min 1-2 years
Remuneration: Salary +Incentive Package
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Store Sales Representative , the employee is expected to drive the company’s
sales efforts with a strategic, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach. The
following outlines the key duties and responsibilities associated with the role:
Customer Assistance & Experience.
● Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience at all
times.
● Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet those
needs.
● Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, or escalate to management
when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Store Maintenance
● Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, promotions, and company
policies to assist customers effectively.
● Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to create a welcoming
shopping environment.
● Support inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks
and reporting any discrepancies.
Transaction Management
● Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system,
ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
● Participate in shift opening and closing duties, ensuring proper store setup
and closure.
Sales & Reporting
● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the shop's overall
performance.
● Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management, tracking
performance and progress.
Compliance & Safety
● Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and security
procedures at all times.
