We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will assist users via chat, solve their problems, and ensure a smooth and positive experience on our platform.


Key Responsibilities

Respond to user questions via chat and messaging tools.

Help users understand platform features and services.

Solve technical and non-technical issues efficiently.

Show empathy and patience with all users.

Record interactions and feedback for improvement.


Requirements

Patient and empathetic approach to customer support.

Stable internet connection and personal computer.

Ability to work rotation shifts (day and night).

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
