Job Opportunity: Service Advisor (EV Scooters)
Location: Kathmandu and Itahari
No. of Positions: 2
Salary: Up to Nrs. 25,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on EV scooters (battery, motor, electronics, brakes, suspension, etc.)
- Use diagnostic tools and service software to identify faults accurately
- Ensure repair and maintenance work complies with safety protocols and SOPs
- Conduct test rides to confirm issues are resolved effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities through job cards and reports
Service Advisory Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in identifying service requirements
- Explain service procedures, cost estimates, timelines, and post-repair outcomes clearly
- Prepare and manage job cards in the system
- Coordinate with workshop and spare parts teams to ensure timely job completion
- Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction
- Handle warranty claims and insurance documentation when necessary
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics, especially Electric Vehicles (EVs)
- Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems, batteries, and motors
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and service software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering (or related field)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in two-wheeler servicing (EV experience preferred)
