Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager, primarily based in Kathmandu with some work from home being acceptable. The leader will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities for events, developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role involves meeting sales targets, creating customized sponsorship packages, negotiating contracts, and ensuring clients' expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Sponsorship Sales, Sales, and Management skills
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the event management industry is a plus
