We’re now looking for a Sales Executive to help us grow our premium user base by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to upgrade to our premium offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to our users to promote the app conversion.
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of the premium plan tailored to the user's business needs.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t converted.
  • Handle objections and answer user questions with confidence and clarity.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and conversion outcomes using our CRM.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the support and product teams to understand user pain points and improve the sales approach.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or a similar sales role (preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Nepali and basic English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps or accounting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Passion for helping small businesses succeed.
