Compounding (twin-screw extruder)
Hot-melt coating and other contract processing
Job Description:
You will be responsible for focusing on the operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery at our plant to support research and development of plastic films and functional plastics.
Specific tasks include:
Preparation of materials and materials in advance
Installation of single-axis extruder and twin-screw extruder, and start-up inspection
Material drying
Machine condition setting, adjustment, and visual inspection
Preparation for trial sample collection, sample collection, sample weight measurement
Waste material disposal
Machine disassembly and cleaning work, assembly work, room cleaning, and tidying up
