Job Summary:

The RO Plant Operator will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant. This role involves monitoring system performance, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water treatment processes and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the RO plant and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the plant systems.

- Monitor water quality parameters and adjust plant operations as needed to meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the RO plant and associated equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality data.

- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and overhauls of plant equipment.

- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance plant efficiency.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the plant area.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an RO Plant Operator or similar role in the water industry.

- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and RO plant operations.

- Familiarity with monitoring systems and instrumentation used in water treatment.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
