Key Responsibilities:

• Act as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
• Monitor and manage client feedback, proactively addressing any challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account status and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role within an advertising agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
