Job Description

Sanskar Vidhyapit School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Nepali, have at least 2 years of teaching experience, and possess certification in Montessori training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for kindergarten students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
  • Utilize Montessori teaching methods to promote hands-on learning and independence.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the kindergarten curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Nepali (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting.
  • Certified in Montessori training.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of young children.
  • Education Bachelors Degree.
