Job Overview
As a Sales Assistant at Mobility Freight, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic sales & marketing team, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be visiting customers, selling our comprehensive logistics services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
- Generate leads through phone calls, networking, referrals, and outdoor marketing.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the company's logistics services and value proposition.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing Mobility Freight to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to make sure services are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collect and share information about market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the line manager.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (Also freshers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply).
- Must have two-wheeler with valid license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
