Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. The role involves coordinating with physicians, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring patient safety, and educating patients and families. Candidates should hold a valid nursing license, possess strong clinical skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts. Competitive salary offered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health conditions and identify care requirements
- Provide direct nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and IV therapy
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient files
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for treatment plans
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are strictly followed
- Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide CPR/First Aid when necessary
- Support smooth ward operations and maintain necessary supplies
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Nursing In-Charge or Management
Job Specification
- Valid Nursing License/Registration (as per national regulations)
- PCL Nursing / BSc Nursing or equivalent
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts
