Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Manager / Sales Director to lead our sales operations, develop strategic plans, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, expand market reach, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Previous experience in FMCCG, Medicine or Cosmetics is highly prioritized.
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to meet company objectives.
Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall sales operations.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
Conduct regular sales reporting and analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Handle international business operations and identify new global opportunities.
Plan and execute product promotion and branding activities.
Monitor market intelligence and analyze competitor trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Develop new business plans and introduce innovative strategies to explore untapped markets and products.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales growth and managing large teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Experience in international business will be an added advantage.
