Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality dining experiences.
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and workflow for optimal efficiency.
Team Leadership and Training
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
Financial Management
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
Menu Development and Quality Control
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, seasonal updates, and special promotions.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards and food safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with local laws and company policies.
Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute promotional activities to attract customers.
- Work with the hotel’s marketing team to promote the restaurant through social media and other channels.
Reporting and Feedback
- Prepare and present operational reports, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Experience:
