Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic professional to oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of all our group companies. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between the management and the CEOs of our various entities, ensuring financial transparency, timely reporting, and effective decision-making support.
This role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of corporate finance and operations across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounts, financial reporting, and operational performance of all group companies.
- Collect, analyze, and present real-time financial data and performance insights to the Group Chairman and top management.
- Coordinate closely with the CEOs and finance teams of each entity to ensure consistency in reporting and compliance with group standards.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities across group operations and provide strategic recommendations for growth and efficiency.
- Ensure internal controls, audits, and financial policies are effectively implemented across all business units.
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at the group level.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Travel to India and Dubai offices as required for reviews, meetings, and audits.
