Job Description

Job Title: Store Keeper (Billing)

Location: Jorpati, Bag Bazar & Patan

Responsibilities:

Manage billing operations related to warehouse stock, sales, and dispatch.
Maintain records of loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate stock entry, inventory tracking, and reconciliation.
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and coordinate with logistics.
Monitor and maintain proper storage of materials in the warehouse.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for smooth dispatch and timely billing.
Report daily stock movement and assist in periodic audits.

Job Specification

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse billing and dispatch operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and billing software (e.g., Tally/ERP).
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
