Job Description
- You'll be expected to represent the company and sell our services by calling prospective clients.
- You may also be carrying out market research, so you won't necessarily be stuck to the phone.
- Telesales professionals do a lot of cold and warm calling.
- They work primarily with the telephone and contact numerous clients daily. You’ll be made informed on the services offered by the company and receive adequate orientation for product knowledge and other details.
- A Telesales professional usually performs many of the following tasks:
· Making Cold/Warm Calls
· Managing databases

· Managing accounts

· Calling prospective clients
