Job Description

The Technical Officer, Literacy Field (LPOT) is responsible for serving as the technical expert in the field on literacy skills and the habit of reading.
-
S/he will involve in frequent travel to project sites as well as regular interaction with RtR’s Literacy Facilitators (LFs) and partners.
-
S/he also requires strong communication and coordination with the Operations Officer, Literacy Field (LPOO), who is responsible for managing the implementation of the Literacy program (LP) for a set of schools.
Job Specification

Good knowledge and understanding of curriculum design and development.

Good teaching and training skills, pedagogical knowledge to handle multi-level multi-lingual students of primary grades.
