Job Description
- Develop annual work plan and budget, based on the agreements with DFID and the Government of Nepal.
- Ensure delivery of theory of change as per the project planning.
- Lead and manage outreach & MS ladies operations team and ensure their work is of the highest quality and delivered on time and to budget.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of administrative, financial and programme management issues.
- Provide support & guidance to managers and district teams to ensure delivery of the programme is in line with workplan.
- Coordinate activities in close coordination with the Manager and ensure smooth implementation of the
programme including timely reporting from the field to Support Office and DFID. - Oversee smooth implementation and delivery of all programme deliverables, Measure ensuring that deliverables are of high quality and the report are submitted to MSI and DFID on time.
Job Specification
- Developing and implementing control mechanisms to measure successful project delivery and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance management of multiple teams and successful budget management, including financial analysis.
- Solid experience in developing partnerships across a range of stakeholders (public/NGO/private) to drive project activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relevant work experience in health sector project management and compliance under DFID projects.
