- Ensure all shop floor activities goes as per defined standard
- Manage subordinates' duty schedule and leave plans
- Review daily/monthly plan and execute daily/monthly production volume as per plan
- Implement company/department initiatives such as Safety, 5S, Hygiene, etc
- Ensure Top parameters related to production targets are achieved and analysis is done on a monthly basis
- Focus on productivity, correct manpower deployment, improvement small projects
- Update biometric attendance system and forward to welfare at every month for salary purpose
- Ensure SAP system function working without any issue
