Position: Senior Sales Executive (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Enhancing staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for team members, teaching improved processes and mentoring team members.

• Identifying business opportunities prospects and evaluating their position in the industry along doing research and analyzing sales options.
• Coordinating with Environmental Friendly Team – NGOs and INGOs and do presentation on company product.

• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Specification

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with pleasant personality
• Sound knowledge on MS-Office, Email and Internet
• Fluent in speaking/writing English and Nepali
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
• Two wheelers license holder
• Must have Bachelor's Degree/Master Degree in Management (Preferable Marketing) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field.
