Job Description
- Monitor execution of overall market related activities in the Trade and Institution - Liquor Section.
- Communication with the Trade, Institution & Brand teams.
- Market audit for proper availability and visibility.
- Conduct day-to-day sales activities with close follow-up with the sales team and ensure proper availability of product.
- Identify pocket areas and forward proposals to develop the areas.
- Monitor POPs activities and giveaways, promotion and events.
- Monitoring breakage collection and duplicate problems in market.
- Report competitors' activities and analysis.
- Monitor distributors, merchandising and display of Company brands.
- Responsible for monthly sales and collection plan of distributors.
- Follow up with distributors floor stock and market credit.
Job Specification
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill with pleasant personality
- Sound knowledge on MS-Office, Email and Internet
- Fluent in speaking/writing English and Nepali
- Ability to work under pressure and late hours
- Two wheelers license holder
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in Management (Preferable Marketing) with minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Liquor Industry.
