Position: Senior Counsellor (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Your primary job is to call students currently in Australia over the phone to do remote Counselling & follow up
• You need to have a very good knowledge of the Australian education system & courses offered by Australian institutions (University & Colleges)
• Also, you need to know about Student Visa & PR related courses
• You need to have minimum 2years experience in the Counselling job & should have good speaking English & ability to convince students
• Your working hours per day is from 7 am to 10 am Nepali time. You need to be proactive & can work ok your own with minimum supervision
• You need to have completed Qualified Counsellor test of Nepal

  Other Specification

  • Proven experience as a Counselor for more than 2 years
  • Knowledge of Australian education system and their universities  
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
