Position: Senior Accountant (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Preparation/Recording of all accounting entries and drafting of compliance calendars, preparation of workings and filing of returns of VAT, Excise, TDS, Advance Tax, Payroll management
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
• Supervise the accounting operation and preparation of periodical reports
• Ensure compliance with policy and review the overall accounting system
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide Taxation support and compliance with Tax requirements
• Respond to client queries, advising on accounting and taxation matters, business improvement and growth, exit strategies and provide cloud software support
• Develop, maintain and analyze budgets preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the organisation
• Supporting with internal communications across the firm and strategy formulation and execution
• Secure financial information by completing database backups
• Preparing timely MIS Report relating to Cost Sheet, Projected Cost Estimates, Forecast of Job/Contract based costing.
• Confidence to build trust and rapport and manage a professional relationship with clients and team members

Job Specification

• Semi Qualified CA/Bachelor/Master. 
• Must have good Excel skills
• Must have knowledge of VAT, Tax and Swastik Software
• Should be self-motivated and proactive
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Able to work as part of a team

Experience:

• 3 year or above in handling accounts related to Imports & L/C
