Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare termly, weekly and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided.
- Foster and nurture student’s interests, abilities and skills.
- Develop and maintain conducive learning environment inside and outside the classrooms
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the organization
- Perform other duties related to lesson learning as required by the organisation
- Must possess excellent trait to deal with students and their parents
- Follow up with parents on a regular basis
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of kids and respond to them properly
Job Specification
- Should have completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant subject
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Pleasing personality and with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skill in both English & Nepali language
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team
- Good work ethics
- Must possess pleasing personality and zeal to deal primary school children
- Able to perform assigned tasks effectively and in timely manner
