Job Description

  • Organizing all company operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel.
  • Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.
  • Preparing and controlling the company budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the company reputation.
  • Inspect the areas in the company and resolve any issues that might arise.
  • Plan and oversee in company promotional events or displays.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the company.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
  • Ensure the company fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.

Job Specification

  • Need to Visit each & Every Retail Outlet and place the yosit brand within Kathmandu valley.
  • Have to solve market problem & costumer quarries.
  • 3 Month of provision period after that cabin & laptop will be given.
  • Monthly sales target 1000000/- and daily 40000/- in cash mode only.
  • He / She should have good communication skills.
  • He / She should have good personality.
  • He / She Must have Personal Bike or Scooter.
  •  He / She must be risk taker & challenge maker.
  • He / she must be target achievable.
  • Report, Result & Progress Mandatory Day by Day.
  • He / She must be smart & creative.
  • Every 3 Month New target will be give and He / She should achieve that.
  • If target not achieved He / She will be Terminated from the job profile.
  • 1 Year of Contract with the company.
  • He / She must be quick learner.
