- Visiting On-Trade Outlets, Restaurants , Bars & Hotels
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Present, promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Set specific customer service standards
- Should be able to build good PR with Client
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
