- Making tour itineraries and tour descriptions for specific requests
- Understanding the booking interface and managing the daily bookings coming from the sales offices
- Coordinating with hotels/suppliers/associates in getting the bookings confirmed
- Assisting and coordinating in day to day office activities, tour inspections, etc
- Perform other duties as required
