Position: Sales and Marketing Officer (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Drive conversation with parties about technology adoption.
• Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our product.
• Develop marketing strategy, design marketing plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
• Coordinate campaigns and activities, design campaign collateral , working closely with strategic partners & vendors
• Manage client communication, facilitate sales and post sales activities.
• Improve lead generation, expand product, improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Nurture with consistency all external (online and offline) perceptions of the company’s brand
• Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization

Job Specification

• Experience of working in construction sector or sales functions
• Understanding of budgeting and campaign designs
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proactive & able to work under pressure
