- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelor In Hotel Management (BHM)
- Must have experience of 2 years of experience in Hotel or Restaurant
- Excellent customer service
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet browsing
