Job Description
Address customers’ inquiries and complaints through telephone, email, letter, face-to-face. Handle and solve customers’ complaints successfully by investigating their problems thoroughly. Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers (that includes customers’ complaints, major problems investigated and other. Records must be reported to Customer Service Manager. Assist aand coordiante with Customer Service Manager in operating company’s procedure correctly.Job Specification
- CA from ICAN or ICAI students with accounting background will be preferred
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package
- Sound knowledge of accounting rules, TAX/VAT
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
