Job Description
- Design settlement rules
- Minimize arising disputes regarding the settlement
- Create dispute tracking mechanism to reduce disputes
- Provide effective training to all stakeholders regarding dispute settlement process
- Prepare necessary report as per requirement of Immediate Supervisor and as per F1PS Management

- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill with a creative mindset and a team player
- Leadership Skill
- Sound knowledge on MS-Office package
Must have a two wheeler license
