Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter into office.
Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
Provide information to callers over the telephone.
Update shift diaries and report maintenance issues.
Assist in resolving clients’ issues and complaints.
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Order supplies and equipment when required.
Good communication skills.
Good command in spoken and written English.
Ability to deal with all concerned authorities in cordial manner, charming personality and good interpersonal skills.
Handling phone calls and visitors; Record Keeping.
Basic knowledge on Test Preparations (IETLS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE , GMAT) and US studies will be an added advantage.
