Job Description
- Be updated with the information related to various universities and colleges abroad and institutions represented by the company.
- Provide accurate information to students/ clients about study abroad visa & admission process
- Greeting people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit
- Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages in writing or verbally
- Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc
Job Specification
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
