Job Description
- Producing quality code / automated test cases to ensure adequate coverage for fixes and regression-free deliverables to improve test coverage and speed of execution.
- Participating and providing feedback in design reviews ensuring that modules are testable.
- Working with scrum teams to create home-grown scripts to facilitate ad-hoc testing.
- Reporting gaps in the newly developed features.
- Performance and security testing of applications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
- Experience coding in Java or Javascript.
- Experience with Front End or Back End automation frameworks.
- Experience testing and automating web applications.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- Experience with Selenium/Webdriver, Protractor, and/or TestNG.
- Experience testing and automating highly scalable web applications.
- Experience with Agile development.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering practices and hands-on experience with tools for test automation, version control, test case management, and bug tracking.
- Experience with large systems software design and development.
- Passion for quality and the ability to Materialize QA principles and drive high-quality on-time product releases.
- Good understanding of continuous integration and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
