Job Description
- Coordinate and guide implementation of the WASH sector interventions under the WASH committee to achieve the planned outcomes in accordance with the proposal
- Conduct monthly/quarterly review and planning meeting to review progress, understand and address challenges and plan activities
- Responsible for the design, establishment of work specification and follow-up and evaluation of activities related to construction of WASH infrastructures in public institutions and communities
- Plan and coordinate implementation of project activities that contribute to program outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the field technician to implement the WASH activities effectively
- Management of overall financial, procurement and logistic department of the program
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the program and encourage and appreciate specific areas that need improvement
- Establish/improve collaboration with relevant office and conduct weekly/ monthly coordination meeting
- Generate high quality monthly updates and quarterly / annual narrative reports
- Collaborate and coordinate with other working agencies in field level
