Position: Practical Instructor-Bar & Beverage (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Teach and Train students about various Cocktails
• Teach and Train students about various Mixology
• Maintain consistent quality on operational level
• Coach, grade and evaluate students progress
• Create new Cocktails as per requirement
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of programs in terms of Bar and Beverage
• Programs to focus on a variety of cocktail topics, including knowledge of subject matter, student satisfaction, and leadership skills
• Plan, organize and direct a wide range of liquor related activities

Job Specification

• Knowledge of Bar Tendering and Mixology
• International experience will be added value
• Flair Baretending Knowledge will be added value
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill with pleasant personality
• Sound knowledge on MS-Office Package, Email and Internet
• Fluent English speaking
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
• Must have Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience or Master Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Hospitality Management (Can have 2 to 3 years experience in Hotel Management College /4-5 Star Hotel or a High-Standard Restaurant)
