  • Provide Immediate Solution of Customer’s Complaints and Sent Required Goods List to Inventory/Procurement Officer
  • Receive Sales Order from Corporate Office and Give Order List to Customer Service Assistant
  • Customer Relation Management Maintenance
  • Execute Delivery System Properly
  • Daily Record Keeping of Lost Sales
  • Daily Record Keeping of Lost Customers
  • Customer Demand and Response Record
  • Weekly Staffs Update
  • Daily Cash Deposit and Pretty Cash Maintenance
  • Verify Attendance Sheet & Overtime Sheet
  • Make Seasonal and Location Suited Item’s Order
  • Payment of Petty Expenses
  • Display Arrangement

    • Must have completed intermediate level
