Job Description
- The Organizational Governance and Executive Coordinator shall lead and facilitate the overall organizational governance for AAIN by working with the Executive Director (ED), National Board and Sub committees with the objective of the attainment of the Membership Development Process.
Job Specification
Key qualifications and competencies:
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development or relevant field from a recognized University
- At least 5 -7 years of work experience in related field in similar organization
- Knowledge of governance concepts
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in English language and fluency in written and spoken Nepali
