Job Description

• Receive and process incoming orders for materials
• Obtaining customers’ details and billing information, and entering the information correctly on the order form.
• Informing customers about prices, shipping dates

Job Specification

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. 
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and calm manner.

Note : Two Wheeler License Compulsory
