Job Description
- Handling day to day activities of the hotel
- Lead and manage a team of around 15-20 personnel
- Oversee staff performance and providing necessary input to the employees
- Upholding the hotel's standards.
- Effectively resolving guest complaints
- Ensure guest and team member`s satisfaction
- Carrying out travel service assistance
- Carrying out basic maintenance work
- Being a local representative for the company
- Responsible to set and review budgets and manage costs.
- Monitor the purchase/requisitions of each and Coordinate with Finance depart for account receivable and payable.
- Be on available on call 24 hours
Job Specification
- Should be Analytical and Strategic thinker
- Should be Professional, responsible and Team Player
- Should have excellent Knowledge of Hotel Operation
- Computer Proficient and able to use Hotel Software’s (IDS) with ease
- Should be able to perform multi-Tasks
- Should have good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Should maintain Good relationship with Vendors, Clients & Guest
- Needs to have good knowledge of Front Office , Sales & reservations
- Should have general knowledge of Housekeeping
- Should have patience and flexible working hours
