Position: Operation manager (Hot Job)

Job Description

Develop marketing strategies for company and clients in collaboration
with the Sales & Marketing Department.
 Supervising the department, including:
o Scheduling and implementing promotional campaigns
o The production of projects
o Budgeting of funds
o Task distribution and management
o Perform quality control on all campaigns
o Analyze reports and implement campaign optimization to ensure
maximum results.
o Overseeing the entire production, distribution and marketing of
advertising programs

 Monitor and optimize work process to ensure smooth flow of operations
and maximum efficiency at work.
 Planning and delivering strategies across the company encouraging
customer retention and customer loyalty.
 Working closely with all departments and clients to develop a positive
customer relationship journey with the organization, ensuring maximum
profitability.
 Representing the company at conferences/seminars and public events.

Job Specification

Qualification MBA/MBS [Specialization in Marketing]

 Strong Leadership skills such as self-confidence, good judgment, decision-
making aptitude.

 Creativity skills with originality and the ability to generate numerous ideas for
any given strategy.
 Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
 Ambitious, Self-motivated and organized individual.
