Job Description
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor Passed in the relevant subjects,
- Should have good command of both speaking and writing in English with
- Sound mind and presentable personality having enthusiasm in learning
- New things and hard working .Should have the dynamic capacity of
- Convincing people and dealing with the foreign as well as domestic clients.
- Should have good computer skills specially writing an email
- Corresponding with the various clients and responding them in a quickest way .
