Job Description
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Handle office correspondence and filing systems.
- Handle information requests from clients and visitors.
- Arrange, schedule and organize staff meetings and other departmental meetings when required.
Job Specification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in manpower field is highly preferred
