Job Description
  1. Knowledge of overall marketing stragety and execution of plans for the existing products.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies.
  3. Lead nationwise sales team members to achieve sales targets. 
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, which is a must. 
  6. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  7. Achieving of the target letter for all dealers with their consultation.
  8. Conducting regular meeting with member of sales team in order to discuss about the present sales and move of the competitiors.
  9. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts.
  10. Perfom research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunites. 
  11. Monitor and analyze perfomance metrics and suggest improvements. 
  12. Negotiate agreements wiwth large customers. 
  13. Prepare National sales report as per the requirements placed by the directors.
  14. Constant communication with the sales team and to know about the problem, sales position as well as payment system, both inside the valley and outside the valley. 
  15. Carrying out appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest matter. 
  16. Provide credit notes and money receipts to the dealers. 
  17. Reconcillation of accounts in every 6 months. 
  18. Carrying out product analysis such as companys own products, price, place and promotions to form marketing strategies-price comparison chart between different brands must be updated on monthly basis.
  19. Ensuring after sales services are provided in timely manner. 
  20. Preparation of sales report as per the requirement of the directors. 
  21. Increase dealers network to intensify the reach of the products. 
  22. Prepare sales strategy for company broken down into region and products according to the dealers and daily meeting. 
  23. Any additional work as per the needs of the organization. 
Job Specification
  1. Analytical and data driven problem solver.
  2. Good problem-solving skills. 
  3. Outstanding communication, presentatioin and leadership skills. 
  4. Fluency in both English and Nepali language.
  5. In depth knowledge of Managing high performance sales team. 
  6. Should have good knowledge of market statistitcs of electronic goods. 
  7. Should be willing to travel.
  8. Should be confident and have influential personalilty. 
  9. Should have good knowlege of MS-Office.
