Position: Montessori Teacher (Female) (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Maintain clean and safe classroom environment for children.
• Coordinate with other teachers to develop lesson plans for children to develop their social, emotional, physical and intellectual skills.
• Observe the child and interpret the child’s needs.
• Treat all children unconditionally and with same importance level.
• Coordinate regular communication with parents regarding their children’s progress.
• Supervise and manage children both inside and outside the classroom.
• Monitor and track children progress on regular basis.
• Participate in meetings, training and planning in order to meet the needs of each child
• Be responsible for the safety of the children in their care
• Complete required progress reports in alignment with school timelines 

Job Specification

• A good candidate for a Montessori Teacher would be one that is an active and curious learner. They must respect a child's unique learning needs, and have an interest and respect for her/his students.
